Tamara Convey, Founder of O & Me

Born and raised in South West London, her career as a Nanny and Childcare Professional has taken her across the globe.

With over 12 years of first-hand experience, she has worked across a diverse range of roles and settings, from private family homes to schools, nurseries, large corporations and international institutions.

Her career has taken her from summer camps in the United States to working as a Ski Nanny in the French Alps, Youth Staff aboard a cruise ship and a Teaching Assistant in a Montessori nursery, before returning to London to work as a Private Nanny for several wonderful families.

Having cared for children from as young as nine months through to their teenage years, she has developed a deep understanding of the different stages of childhood and what families need from exceptional childcare.

Now a parent herself, she brings an added personal perspective to her work — understanding first-hand the trust, reassurance and peace of mind that comes with choosing the right person to care for your children.

It is this combination of professional experience and personal understanding that shapes her approach to running a boutique nanny agency. She understands that finding the right nanny is about far more than experience on paper. It is about taking the time to understand each family, their values, routines and expectations, and creating a thoughtful, genuinely personal match.
