Based in South West London, O & Me Nanny Agency is a boutique Nanny Agency aimed at delivering a bespoke, attentive service to our clients.
As a former nanny with 12+ years of experience working with families across London and overseas, I have developed an aptitude for understanding the nuances that each individual family has. My experience from the industry allows me to have a consultative approach when understanding the needs and requirements of each family which, in turn, greatly enables me to ensure that we provide nannies who are the right match both for the nanny and family.
Throughout my years of working as a nanny, I have met and stayed connected with a vast array of wonderful and hard-working nannies. All of whom I have either worked closely alongside or met through various nanny events. We provide, nannies who like me, find joy in providing a nurturing and caring environment for the children in our care.
My network of nannies is therefore mainly built around individuals I have met through the years or from direct word of mouth recommendations. However, I am also well adept at scouring the market for new nannies to fit specific needs of the families we work with.
At O & Me, every nanny we place is fully qualified by me to ensure that our standards and ethos are aligned. I always strive to make sure that our nannies have the same passion and work ethic that I and many of my colleagues had in our nannying days. I take pride in making sure that every family who works with us ends up with a nanny who meets all their requirements. Whatever they may be.
O & Me work on a “No Cure, No Fee” model meaning that it will cost you nothing to meet & interview our nannies and a fee is only garnered once you choose to employ the nanny. Therefore, you have ease of mind knowing that you can review several CV’s from us and take as many interviews with potential nannies as you wish. We understand that finding the right nanny for your family is not always a quick and easy task, so we want to make sure you don’t feel rushed to make a decision, and that a fee is not incurred until you have found your one.
